Join Elders in Action to discuss and learn about the many ways people experience aging.
The focus will be on how to find meaning and purpose in the next stages of our lives. A combination of videos of older adults on their experiences and a live discussion about your own.
We will explore many topic, including:
- Surprises of aging
- Pleasures and difficulties of aging
- Deciding what you really want
- What to tell your medical provider
The Elders in Action office will be closed from Friday 6/2 at noon until Thursday 6/8 at 8:30am.
