Research Updates Online This Wednesday

Parkinson’s Resources is hosting another online presentation this week! Time to get registered so that you can join us. Using an interactive webinar format means that we can share the topical information at no cost to you and even better, you can view from any location as long as you have an internet connection.

This week, we welcome Dr. Richard Rosenbaum, MD, Neurologist at the Portland Parkinson’s Program with Legacy Health and the Oregon Clinic. Dr. Rosenbaum is also a dedicated member of the PRO Board of Directors. Libby Kennard from our Lane County office will be the moderator.

Wednesday, November 1st

Noon to 1:00 pm

Learn about promising and interesting areas in Parkinson’s disease research and treatments in an easy to understand manner. Dr. Rosenbaum will take a look at research that seems promising and gives his honest assessment about what we can expet in the near and long term future.

Topics discussed: Evolution of PD medications, alpha-synculein mutations, genetics, stem cells and research on gut microbiome.

Please call our office ASAP (800.426.6806) if you need to register over the phone. Online registration is the best option (and always open!) at All registered participants will receive access instructions on Monday or Tuesday.
